THE PROBLEM
Content is the most common thing a small business owner knows they should be doing and is not. Not because they lack ideas, but because the gap between an idea and a published post is four separate jobs. Writing it. Designing it. Scheduling it. Remembering what has already gone out.
Each one is small. Together they are the reason most business owners post in bursts for three weeks and then stop for four months.
WHAT I BUILT
A pipeline that connects the four jobs so none of them require me. A topic goes in one end. Finished, scheduled, on-brand content comes out the other, on a weekly cycle I do not trigger.
The point is not that AI writes the copy. Plenty of things write copy. The point is that nothing between the idea and the published post requires a human to remember to do it.
01 —WRITING
Drafted to a defined voice
The system researches and writes the copy for every slide and the caption, against a documented brand voice rather than a generic prompt. Consistency in tone and style is the whole point.
02 — DESIGN
Straight into the template
Approved copy is pushed into the correct Canva template automatically and the finished graphics are generated. No copying text between windows, no manual resizing, no version drift between one post and the next.
03 —PUBLISHING
Scheduled and posted, hands off
Finished posts are scheduled and published at the right time without a manual step. The most common point of failure in any content plan is the moment a person has to remember to press publish, and I am now removing that friction.
04 — TRACKING
A visual dashboard to track your analytics
A dashboard that pulls your social analytics from every platform into one live view, laid out around the numbers you actually care about.
THE RECEIPTS
Most content advice is "post consistently".
That is not advice, it is a description of the problem.
Consistency is a systems question, and systems are buildable.
WHY THIS IS HERE
I built it for myself first. Once it had run unattended long enough that I trusted it, I replicated it for client content production, and the architecture didn't change. Only the research layer did. Point the research agent at a different industry, add the appropriate guardrails, and the rest of the system flows just flows.
That's the part worth paying attention to. Your version wouldn't be a bespoke experiment built from scratch on your budget. It would be a system that already works, pointed at your business.
It's also the clearest example of what Automate actually means. Not a chatbot. Not a subscription to another tool. A specific repetitive job, taken apart and rebuilt so it runs without the owner in the loop, usually on tools you already pay for.
